In this game you have to save your heart from getting hurt by the germs. For that purpose you can draw temporary line around the same color germs, which will kill them. Keep killing & keep your heart safe from the germs & you will advance to the next level automatically. The game asks you to mute sound or not at the start. The main menu gives you options of play, settings & help. Click on play to start game. After that you will have to choose the difficulty level. In game screen got your score on the lower right corner. On the lower left corner is the mute & pause tabs.
