The yellow objects will be keep coming to you from all the direction it is up to you how you catch them because they keep moving form one side to another so you have to go behind them and catch it. On the top of the playing area you can see the progress bar which will be indicating the progress of the game and above which you can see the energy meter showing the energy level of yours.
